Party block sent by subscribers on orders, quotes, and Summon requests. Identifies the trading party and optional sub-accounts.

Optionally add a PartySubID block (802/523/803) under role 4 if the subscriber has multiple accounts at the same DTCC clearing firm (set PartySubIDType 803=10, PartySubID 523=clearing account code).
Cancel All is the "Big Red Button": send a QuoteCancel (35=Z) to pull resting orders and quotes in one message. The Party Block sets the scope:
- Party Block not set: cancel the orders and quotes of every party on this connection
- PartyRole 3 (Client ID): cancel all resting orders and quotes for that counterparty, on every connection
Cancel All by investor (PartyRole 5), by security or by asset class is not supported. QuoteCancelType (298), QuoteID (117) and Symbol are not used to narrow the scope.
